OVERVIEW This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Strategic Threat Assessment & Defense, a California corporation ("STADT") and you, and is made effective as of the date of your use of this website ("Site") or the date of electronic acceptance. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”), and is in addition to (not in lieu of) any specific terms and conditions that apply to the particular Services.

STADT collects different types of personal information from users who use the Site. Location Based Services
STADT and its partners may provide certain features as part of the Service that rely upon device-based location information. To provide such features or services, STADT may collect, use, transmit, process and maintain your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. Such information may include but is not limited to device ID, device type and real-time geographic location of your device at the time of your request.
Our Site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of the Site is normally transferred to a Google server in the USA, and is stored there. As the IP anonymize function is activated on our Site, your IP address will, within Member States of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, first be shortened by Google. Only in exceptional cases will Google transfer the full IP address to a Google server in the USA, and will shorten it there. On behalf of the operator of this Site , Google will use this information in order to analyze your usage of our Site, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide further services to the website provider relating to the usage of the Site and the internet. The IP address transferred by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be combined by Google with other data. In case you prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly, you may possibly not be able to fully use all features on this Site.
Use of Your Email
We may use your email address to communicate with you about: - Your use of the Site and your account. - Contracts you have requested, scope of work placed and/or to send you receipts and possibly other transactional emails; - Inquiries or requests that you have made. - Only with your prior opt-in, we will inform you about our products and services, news, promotional activities and other opportunities that we believe may be of interest to you as it relates to the security industry and STADT operations. In order to respond to a job posting on our Site, we may ask you to submit information about your California issued licenses, educational background, employment experience, position applying, including a resume if applicable.

Despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. We do not make any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will be able to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access to, or alteration of personally identifiable information you provide to us.
STADT does not permit children under the age of 18 to register on the Site or use any of its functionality for which registration is required. STADT does not knowingly collect the personal information of children under age 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the Site and you should not provide any information to STADT. If STADT determines that a minor under the age of 18 is using the Site or has provided information to STADT, STADT will terminate the account, the minor’s use of the account and delete all related information. In addition, if you are a minor under the age of 18 and wish to remove any content you have provided on the site please send an email to our marketing department requesting removal of any content provided.
California Privacy Rights
California law allows residents of the State of California to request certain information STADT discloses to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a resident of California and would like to request such information send a request to our marketing department.
